Programmed Spacemen is a synth-and-beat-driven exploration of people's capacity to be programmed into a life of everlasting "sameness". It is disguised and thus hard to hear, but there are some distored lyrics in the background which say: "There are programmed spacemen all over the place."

Part of what working with ayahuasca does for people is help them to move out of what has become, for some, a confusing and relentless struggle to make any sense of the world we live in, the life we have, what the people around us are up to and whether or not they have any idea of a deeper meaning to it all.
